Cleared Collapsed Oviform
Our team successfully completed complex remediation work on a 660x990mm oviform asset, navigating significant challenges where a collapse was located 380m downstream before the oviform entered the NSOOS. Due to the topography of the land, crews entered through an aqueduct and traversed down the NSOOS 466 metres to reach the outlet of the oviform slopes carrier, while above-ground teams deployed jetting equipment down a 75 metre shaft located under a deck. The jetting equipment was engaged over several days to remove 12T of debris from the oviform carrier. Once complete, crews had restored full hydraulic capacity to the oviform carrier.
Treatment Plant inlet channel CCTV inspection
​A client reached out to us to complete CCTV and sonar of the inlet channel to the treatment plant where manned access was restricted. AI developed a custom unmanned robotic solution to capture HD 360 CCTV footage as well as sonar for debris levels. This provided a comprehensive overview of the asset, allowing plant team members to review the footage and data from their desktop.​

AI developed a robotic solution which was able to adapt to the flow conditions of the asset. There were many challenges such as water velocity, open wide chambers, penstocks, debris and sharp bends.

The crews successfully completed all works from above ground and attained a high level of data.
